Produced by Playmates Toys. Still in its original carded packaging (except outer plastic bubble can be lifted up) with the $7.99 price sticker on it.

The figure and accessories has never been removed nor played with. Only the cardboard backing might have some scuff wear, and hardly noticeable bend as well as minor edge bump due to being kept in storage.
