Hi! I would love to draw your pet!
I am building my pet portrait portfolio, and I am looking for pets to draw. I want to make a special piece of art of your special pet.
The winner will get
1 one custom pet portrait of Your pet in
5x7" include up to two pets in your finished piece!
The photos I included are examples of my recent work. They are not the actual art you will recieve.
I can also draw any other animal, fish, lizard, bird, owl, sloth, cat, any animal you like!
I will draw your pet freehand, with love and care, based on your photos. The original will be shipped to you FREE in the mail packed carefully in an archival plastic sleeve with tracking.
At the close of this auction, I will contact the winner. I need at least 2 clear photographs of your pets emailed to me. The clearer your photos are, the better the final portrait will look!
Your finished artwork will be created using Micron ink + prismacolor colored pencils.I use acid free heavyweight bristol paper. I use high quality materials so your new art will last for years to come. It will take me approximately 1-2 weeks to complete your portrait. I will send a scan when finished. On your approval, I will ship the actual artwork to you. I will also email a high-res scan of the finished art.
You will have my permission to reprint the finished art for *PERSONAL USE* Please do not reproduce the image for profit, whether for money or listia points. I will mail with your art a signed artist release that will specify that you can use the image for personal use.
I ask for permission to use your finished portrait as an example for my portfolio on my website

Hi there, I run a rabbit rescue called North Olympic Rabbit Rescue, you can find us on facebook. If we were to win the auction would you consider allowing your image to be used to raise funds for spay / neuter costs etc.?

Second way to do this : If you are distrustful of that, have you considered an affiliate program for rescues and shelters to send sales your way and you cut them back to the shelters? Just a thought, please let me know.

I had an etsy shop for selling vintage dresses, but I haven't tried selling potrait art there yet. I was surprised to find that ebay of all places is good for selling art! I've met some awesome people there. Listia is my favorite, though♥

I like to use paper for my artwork that is sized 5x7", 8x10" , so it will fit in a normal photo frame. That way you don't have to go spending a lot of money getting it custom framed. If you have a favorite frame, just place your new art inside, and there you go! Thank you all for your bids and support. You are making a dream that's been 30 years in the making come true for me♥♥♥
