A Refund Works Like This. If There Is Something Wrong With An Item, Then The Winner Can Request A Refund. It Will Show Up In A Column Titled "Your Disputes" Over Top Of The Items You've Bid On. You Can Either Argue Against Them, Or Click The Button Titled "Refund Now" It's That Simple :) Just Watch Out For The Fakes Out There.
