It's large 3" to 5" flowers come in a gorgeous array of inks, purples, reds, blues and white with an interesting flower form, including quill-like petals. They are great for beds, containers and borders.

Sow directly in soil after all danger of frost has passed It blooms for most gardeners in spring and fall. Gardeners in cool summer areas can enjoy it all summer. It needs rich, well drained soil and moderate water. Fertilize regularly. Deadheading does NOT encourage more blooms in the China Aster.
