The game is fully tested and plays without issue.
The label shows very slight yellowing in a few small spots.
The cartridge shows average scratching/scuffing from age/use.

The manual is in pretty bad shape.
It starts on page 2 (the cover and what I'm assuming was a table of contents page are missing).
There are several small stains and tears on what is left.
