Just talked to Nero customer service... Nero is no longer handling service renewals. (The Nero representative did assured me the first year would work.)

Nero directed me to TiVo for renewal. The TiVo representative I talked to didn't know anything about how service is renewed with LiquidTV... (I'm left wondering if it is hidden away behind the TiVo Service they provide.)

I just contacted TiVO and they redirected me to Nero's customer service... which is not open until tomorrow morning.

I'll try to call during the day and see if I can get an answer. (I couldn't use the online help because they require you to register the product before offering assistance... arghh...)

I bought this last year, but did not get a chance to use it.

The box has a few dings in one of the corners. The box was not sealed shut, so I did check the contents to make sure everything was intact.

The first four photos are stock, the remaining are from the actual unit. (The last is the label of a sealed box inside of the larger box.)
