what is the necklace made out of? in the picture, based on the size of the bottle cap, to me it looks more like a bracelet rather than a necklace. Will it stretch out enough to go over the head to wear as a necklace?

yes it stretches enough to go around my head and looks nice as a necklace but it can be used as a bracelet as well
