To Everything There is a Season...designed by Karen Avery for DIMENSIONS. This stamped cross stitch kit will finish to a 14" X 14" frame size without mat. Kit includes cotton embroidery thread, design printed on white sailcloth, needle and easy instructions with a color accentuated chart.

what do you mean by the buyer paying the service fee? Shipping is 3.50 you would charge more for Paypal chk out?

It is not paid to me. The charge is from Paypal for you using their service. If I have to pay the fee for you, it won't leave enough to mail your cross stitch. 3.50 to me for shipping with tracking and you pay the fee for using paypal to them.

As I use paypal all the time and have for years I have never heard of such a thing. This is not something that you can charge as it is a % that they charge you for using there service. Like your auction but won't bid as this is against the rules.
