In this auction I've got 45 great clasps for all of you jewelry makers. These are great for making necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and other items for a crafters delight.

There are 25 new S-Style nickel plated hook and eye clasps that are great for making necklaces and bracelets.

These have s-shaped hooks and figure 8 eye pieces.

Each hook measures approximately 17 x 7 mm (11/16" x 1/4").

Each eye piece measures approximately 10.7 x 5 mm (7/16" x 3/16").

The S-hooks are my favorite kind. I tried all sorts of clasps, but I think those are the easiest to get a necklace on and off. Bracelets are a bear no matter what kind of clasp you use, I think, that's why I love those bangle style bracelets ... no clasps!

I like the magnetic for the bracelets, but the s-hooks are great for a lot of things for sure!

Techline, the stretchy cord breaks too easily, particularly if you are using glass beads that can cut it. I'd highly recomment SoftFlex cord. It costs more than other beading wire but is very easy to use and VERY strong! Won't kink like some of the less expensive metal beading wires, it really is great!

I use the SoftFlex on nat's advice. It makes your projects so much more presentable, plus they'll last longer.
