KFC was my 1st job, and I'm a History nut...so my question is how did you obtain the authentic recipe for the chicken? Only the family has it and the factory that that ships out the blended coating to the restaurants are bound by contract to not disclose the ingredients.

my grandpa took years trying to figure out that recipe until finally he actually found the right ingredients and it taste just like the same thing as KFC, sad part was is he died in 2010 but I got the recipe and tried it which I had it before of course but after finding this site I thought why not see if other people would like the recipe and try it themselves to see what they think, also that's cool you worked for them!!
