Very detailed shopping lists and cooking instructions to eat healthy comfort foods for two weeks on $32 for a fairly hungry individual. Instructions require a crock pot and basic cooking skills and utensils. (Pot, fry pan, knife, etc).
There is quite a bit of repetition although it's certainly yummy. I presume very little in pantry contents, just the very basics. Pepper, etc. This particular set of instructions is not for vegetarians.
If requested, I will personalize for basic allergies, pantry contents, cooking tools on hand, and an average amount of food preferences. I will dedicate 15 minutes for every 500 credits bid, up to an hour.
So what makes you an expert? As a former Olympic level athlete, I can eat! As a person that had to train train 8-12 hours a day, I couldn't work many hours. This lifestyle allowed me to learn how to cook and budget at the fairly extreme levels. I have sold these instructions to public health and social service agencies for those living on EBT.
