well, they kind of do! You get them when you buy items at Canadian Tire stores... you can then use them to purchase merchandise.
In fact... " After 15 long years of collecting Canadian Tire money, a local man can cash in his collection to buy the lawnmower he began saving for as a teen.

At 14 years old, Brian McPherson - now 29 - received his first 10 cents of Canadian Tire money after buying a hockey stick. That 10 cents was the start of McPherson's road to becoming a "Canadian Tire thousand-aire."

"I thought it'd be a good idea to save up all the money and buy what at that time was the most expensive thing in the store, which was a riding lawnmower," said McPherson.

Over the course of 15 years, McPherson saved $1,053 in Canadian Tire money through purchasing gas, repair items and "pretty much anything you can buy at Canadian Tire," to reach his goal.

from Wikipedia... here is the link to the full story

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_Tire_money

Canadian Tire money (CTM) is a loyalty program by Canadian Tire. It consists of coupons, issued by the company, which resemble real currency (although the coupons are considerably smaller than Bank of Canada notes), and can be used as scrip in Canadian Tire stores, but is not considered a private currency. The notes are printed on paper similar to real Canadian currency, and were jointly produced by two of the country’s long established security printers, British American Banknote Company (BABN) and Canadian Bank Note Company (CBN).[1] Some privately owned businesses (in Canada) accept CTM as payment (see history below), since the owners of many such businesses shop at Canadian Tire.

as long as you added your address (account settings) and have had it verified (click verify after adding) Listia automatically sends the address to the seller when you win an auction... good luck
