Ladies Bulova Caravelle Quartz watch. I'm wondering if it's real gold because it's never tarnished. It's beautiful. It's for a small wrist. Stainless Steel back.

With these watches, look at the back on the top or bottom and it should say. If not, does it say any thing like 14 ygp or 10 rg or 14 gp or 10 gf? If it does then you know it is either rolled gold plated or gold plated or gold filled. Either way, this would explain why there may be no tarnish other than the fact that Bulova makes watches that stand the test of time. I have been collecting Bulovas, vintage and modern, for some time now and I have come across this model quite a few times. All of them have been either gold plated, rolled or filled. Anyway, gorgeous watch and good luck with your auction. I will be bidding and F&W.
