you may want to test it I bought a bracelet on listia that was stamped 14k and it was an impressive fake according to the jeweler ...just letting you know
thanks for the valuable info people. i saw alot of comments hidden. hope this auction goes on and finishes in a positive way. for me it didnt (from another auction from another seller to be clear) and i got slammed with negativity from the seller and his crew. i won a bracelet and it turned out to be plated and so returned it and followed all Listia rules and the guy claimed he never got it back. listia still refunded my credits back... funny i just saw his profile and he relisted it here again still claiming to not for sure know its authenticity. i had it tested by a trusted place! anyways....THIS IS A GREAT LOOKING CROSS...best of luck!
If PROVEN a fake, Listia will grant you a credit refund...alot of sellers aren't even aware that their item is fake. I'd be leary if the seller won't test, though because it's free to do so. Unfortunately, alot of meltdown rejects end up here :(
They don't have to melt it down to tell you if it's real. They'll just test it. Go to a gold buyer like goldbuyers of america and they will test it for you for free. The stamp means nothing. I've been taken by 14k stamps way, way too many times here.
I do listia for fun! I have a real job and don't have time for all that! All I can say is bid or don't bid it does not matter to me! I allready have it!
