It has only been tried on, never worn. Looks new. I had won from another auction, but decided I didn't like it when I saw it in person. So, I'm offering up for auction :)

Comes from a non-smoking home.

Yes, it ties in the front like a corset, it can be tightened or loosened as needed. It's short.
