I do think I replied earlier, but it does not show here so, yes, it has a large touch screen ans a "virtual" keyboard that shows on it if you choose not to slide the phone open and use the "qwerty" board.

yes this is a touch screen that slides out and tilts up at a 45 degree angle to set it down and use the "qwerty" keyboard if you wish to. If not, there is a virtual keyboard that can be used on the screen while browsing or texting. You have the option of using either one and can even change from one to the other in the middle of a text if you wish.

I spent the day yesterday (sunday 3/24) deleting all personal info on the phone and 2 gig card that will be left with it. All of the functions of windows mobile work great as well as everything else.

you got me thinking with that question, and now I do believe that all personal info is off of the phone... still had the WEP set for my own wireless network programmed into the phone.

"unlocked" means that you will have to add a sim card from a carrier for it to work, and any carrier's sim card will work.
