SELLER’S TERMS ~

Regretfully, I must continue to educate a few mannerless members. Some winners have not read or believed my terms. I am serious and do not post idle statements. If you can’t abide, do not bid:

> I ship on the first Tuesday after auction’s end, after 3pm Eastern Time.

> Free international shipping only include Canada and Mexico.

> This item is considered free and sent at my expense. Unappreciative persons and nitpickers shall be blocked from communication and future auctions without notice.

> I try to accurately describe each item. New and used are not synonymous. Encasement (made for abuse because packaging is designed to protect) may show wear or damage. If a winner posts neutral or negative feedback about a case or packaging, the winner shall be blocked. Remember that feedback works both ways. If I overlook the aforesaid, it is not intentional deception. I target descriptions on the useable product, not on its protection.

> I have nothing to gain but grief for clandestinely posting defective items. Any remarkable defects shall be indicated in the description. Notify me if you receive an unintended defective item. I aspire to correct valid problems before obtaining feedback; however, please address me with the same respect expected from me.

> Alert your local post office to poor handling or outrageous delays. It’s flattering, but I am not to be confused with the Postmaster General. There shall be tracking on some shipments at my discretion.
