One big beautiful
translucent cobalt blue colored marble
giant glass marble.
about 1 1/2 inches in diameter
outside surface has
rainbow mirror like finish
but when held to light inside is a beautiful translucent cobalt color.

Very pretty! These big marbles are called "Shooters" This one is exceptionally nice.

I guess things have changed a lot since my day. Back in the 1950s a shooter was about 3/4 inch diameter. Back then boys still played marbles. This size marble was to large for a boys fingers to use as a shooter. I also have shooter sized marbles.
Check out the Black stars auction ending in about a day. It has the giant, the bum roller, the shooter, regular & small marble. On it you can tell what I mean about the sizes. God Bless.
