Desert, this is only for the old model and the elites. The new kinect ready/slim models do not work with this type of hard drive.

Your correct airik1, they did not. 250gb was the largest they made. They only make the 320 on the newer Xbox's. The big red flag here is that there are no numbers on the top right before where it says HDD, this screams knock-off. I'm sure it works but could get your console banned :(
