Very nice skirt. Back zipper and button. Isaac Hazan. size 10. Polyester and rayon. Lined. In good condition, just a little wrinkled. Waist measures about 28 inches.

waist measures about 28 inches and it's kinda hard to tell exactly where to measure for the hips, but I think it measures about 38 inches.

front center of skirt from top of waistband to bottom of skirt measures about 19 1/2 inches. Hope this helps. Thank you for your interest. It is a nice skirt.
