This was won at a car dealership and I have less than no use for it. Only took out of the package to take pics, plugged it in and made sure it would recognize the usb. All working just fine. If you order this from, say Wull Mart online, its $15. Plus another 5-6 in shipping.

There is no cd required. When you plug it into your computer, it automatically recognizes the camera and brings up the program to install it.
