the top looks like a red blouse with button front but it has an attached short sleeve open front jacket over it. the jacket has material that will tie at the waist. it has a design on it. the top is 50 at the bust and 27 inches long and it has a matching print partial elastic waist skirt. the waist stretches from 38-42 inches. 34 inch length.it is elasticized in back and the front has a flat waistband with button on each side with a side pocket. the flat front falls into pleats below the waistband.
