i do not honestly remember, and they don't say~ it is probably an 8, but i seem to recall they're sized a bit differently~ maybe a 7&1/2.. i can measure the foot if that helps! They should be very taut, like a rock climbing shoe, not loosely comfy like a regular shoe.
