This is new without the packaging. I've had it for a few months in a drawer, but I've never used it except for sampling the color on my wrist!! Its loose eye shadow so I will tape the brush lightly into its slot where the loose eye shadow is so it doesn't spill during shipping. Its a very gorgeous shimmery eye shadow. The color is called LOLLIPOP. Very pinkish and beautiful. The brush goes tightly into the slot and you shake it so the eye shadow color gets on the brush.
