The listing, Old Pewter Box Charm with Lid has ended.

Unusual Charm...lidded so you can keep something inside... have a larger one on auction as well...this one has a leaf design on it and a heart on the bottom with light rays around it...it hasn't got a latch like its larger brother but snaps shut instead... but this one has praying hands inside the lid... very nice as you can see... I have always thought they had something to do with the Catholic Faith but don't know. If you know what it is please tell me... I have owned these since around 1972 or before and have always wondered...I know its pewter because I bought them at a jewelry store that specialized in pewter...sorry NO CHAIN.....happy bidding
