new at this..would this be a contract phone with verizon?....how does it charge thru a usb cable? thx i guess i am old school....lol

No problem! This is a phone you will have to use with a Verizon contract, unless you are able to use it on Verizon's pay-as-you-go service. As long as you have the USB cable plugged into a USB power source (Wall charger, computer, xbox, PS3, most newer HDTV's, etc.), the phone will charge.

Also, you can use the USB cable to transfer content, such as photos and music, to and from the phone to your computer. Thanks!

I'm ♥'n this listing!! I just got a Pantech Maraurder 2 months ago and hate it!! Wish I'd of gone with LG or Samsung and now they say I'm stuck with it :/ so look'n for a new phone.
