I have no idea who made this dish, when it was made or even what it is. To me, it looks like a candy dish. The dish measures about 5 3/4". From what I can tell, the condition of this piece is used with no chips, cracks, scratches, breaks, peeling or discolorations. In fact, it looks like this dish has been rarely used if ever.
