Considered a "premium" paper, these retail online at the bottom end for $2.99 plus tax & shipping. I'm shipping for free :D

Can't handle the ash and carcinogens in regular papers. Texas needs to legalize! NORML rocks! Followed them for years now!

Texas will probably be the last state to legalize, but I hear Louisiana is considering it. Not really sure I'd wanna pay the price they ask for medicinal, but the typical law allows for growing your own in reasonable amounts for personal use. I'm very conservative, but illegal marijuana is just dumb.
