The listing, LORD OF THE RINGS VINTAGE 1988 X-LG POSTER - NEVER HUNG!!! has ended.

This gorgeous poster has never been hung. Rolled safely in a tube! It is the Largest of these posters printed, 27 x 39 inches!! Printed in Switzerland. One of the top 5 Tolkien collectables. It is in pristine condition!! I have two of these, one is hanging, framed on my wall. Thought I'd share. :)

The original art was done by James Cauty in 1976, with pen, ink & crayon!

What different between the 1988 one and 1976 one?

I don't know if they were printed in 76. The original artwork was done in 1976, but the earliest prints I've been able to find have been 1988. This is an exact print of the original artwork. I hope that helps. :)Thank you for looking!!
