This lighter is kinda rough looking. But seems to be working ok. Just needs fluid. It is as is. Free shipping in the USA only. When I offer free shipping it might take up to a week to ship. The hinge is in good shape. Seems like the top is a little off on closing. It does close, but you kinda have to wiggle it.
