Included is EVERYTHING pictured. I have had this stuff for a while now, so it is NOT the newest stuff you'd get if you went to the meetings today. However, it is all in EXCELLENT condition and very very relevant and motivating on your journey.

1 x Organizer that measures 9" x 6.5". Great place to stash Weight Watchers books, food diaries, or even just use as a recipe organizer or coupon organizer. There's a place for your pen on the inside and zipper pocket on the outside.
