I'm doing regular shipping for the first reason I dont live near a post offfica and plus its free shipping if I would send it with tracking it would not be free shipping

Well since you are new, you will not get any credits till the person claims they got the cards. Also it's not always up to you. Even once you are an established seller, the buyer can open a claim with Listia stating they never got the item and Listia can choose to make you give the buyer back their credits.

heck this guy cant decide if a refund is given. no one can. anyone can request a refund and listia decides if he disputes it. otherwise in 5 days u get the credits. thats the way it is, thats the way its always been
