Description
The listing, 1987 P Nickel In ANACS Holder 5.5 steps MS 64 has ended.
Jefferson nickel with 5.5 steps in Mint State grade 64 graded by One of the largest grading services. ANACS. Whats Step Nickels? You wonder. Simply put Jeffersons head is opposite the steps on the other side of the coin. When struck the head negates the steps or when the coins are counted the steps are messed up. Thus steps are negated. Full Step is 5 or more steps visible with 3X Maganafication from side to side ,with 6 steps being Most possible. The step coins in certain dates are a challange to locate, thus creating a collecting group of Numistimists collecting Full step Nickels. Also adding a premuim to those coins.
