i've seen several of these types of builds, even seen one made from an old soft drink can.

They are nice if your wireless router is in one corner of your house, but if like me your router sits in the center of the house, this will kill the signal to any direction the shield isn't facing.

still neat tho :)

I've made these out of cardboard and aluminum foil. This one is great because it's sturdy. Good auction. For fun bingoogle wind surfer. It's a parabolic for the poor man. Cheers ~LosAngeles
