this is a beautiful vintage Avon jewelry box. i dont exactly know how old but i remember seeing it when i was 13 years old and ill be 40 this june, so at least 27 years old but im sure its older.ive never seen one like it, it is eye catching and the workmanship and detail are remarkable. its dimensions are11 and 1/4inches by 6 and 1/2 inches by 2 and 1/2 inches. it has seven different compartments inside two large,one medium, and four small for rings. totally functional and is gener bios, so men this could work for you as well. it has a eagle on it with the words E.PLURIBUS UNUM on it. ty and good luck. any questions feel free to ask and ill do my best to answer. ty and happy bidding!!!!

plastic of some sort but when u look at u would never guess it was it looks like would and is very well made and will last longer and more durable than wood in my opinion

Your box is in great condition! It came with a bar of soap and 2 bottles of cologne in the early 1990's. It is hard to find one this nice, and they are usually at least $15.00! Good luck on a nice piece!
