what if someone did bid 500 credits and no one else bid it up and they would only pay how many credits the second highest bid is? I'm just curious because I would bid 500 credits to get it, but what you pay is the second highest bid.

ok, right now the bid showing is 212 that cati bid, but plantlady45 has the highest bid right now and will win it for 212 if no one else outbids her. She could have bid 500, but we don't know if it is. If i bid it up higher to 220 and she still has a higher bid than me, then she will win it for 220. If you read in the info about how bidding works on Listia, it will tell you how it works. Somehow this question came to me and it just happened to be you that I saw offering a certain amount of credits to get free shipping. I have seen other people offer free shipping at a certain amount of credits.
