Says "STER PPC".
PPC means Princess Pride Creations (Thats the manufacturer)

STER stands means you are getting ATLEAST 92.5 percent SILVER!!!!!!

PPC is no longer in business but was created in 1954.

This piece weighs 6 grams and using an online silver price calculator just for scrap this item is worth $28
This does not include the vintage, or the retired manufacter.
