Hello!! welcome to Listia :) It's terribly addicting :) thanks for checking out my auction too. The only thing I can guess with the outbid part is that you have not bid more then what the current bid is (at the time it says 199). If someone bid more then that then I guess the best suggestion I could give would be to incrementally increase your bid with what you are comfortable with. The good thing is Listia emails you when someone over bids you, so even if you bid low on something (which I think many of us do) you have a chance to rebid until the auction ends.
