THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE COMMENT I AM JUST STATING THE OBVIOUS....
yea you only put an item as "as is" if there is a possibility that something is wrong with it. if you show an item new in the pack then there needs to be a guarantee. and how can you say if the item never arrives we don't get a refund. you should put tracking on all shipments, it's the right thing to do.

FYI, most auctions are "as is" type.

I've had too many deadbeats trying to get something for free by saying they never received their item and then filed for refunds a mere day or two after they won (against the rules I might add).

Another thing, just because you say it, it does not make so or correct.

Finally, Don't bid if you don't like the terms!
