The listing, Saint Christopher Medal; silver tone has ended.

St. Christopher medal, made in Italy. Includes jump ring. Silvertone, measures about 1 inch tall by a little over 1/2 inch wide. The pictures are hard to see, says "Pray for Us" with a rose on the back.
