Not a stupid question at all. I think you are correct. I think it's a mini notebook, it has not been opened, so i'm guessing that's what it is. It says "tablet" on it.

The mini kit is called "welcome to the rat race" I have to say, my son opened it :( He is five years old, and got into my listia stuff. He took it out of the box, but i cought him before he did tooo much damage!! The mouse is not in working order, but everything else is cool. very cute little kit.
