Marvel's STRANGE TALES featuring Nick Fury Agent of SHIELD. Issues #143 & 149 from 1966.

These books are showing their age, but are intact and visually appealing..

Issue 143 has a one inch tear near the spine on the front cover, about 2 inches from the bottom. Issue 149 has a one inch tear in the back cover on the outer edge, about 2 inches from the bottom.

Issue 149 also has some smoke or water damage on the top right & bottoms left corners of the front cover, while issue 143 has some creases in the front cover. There is some minor rounding of the corners and worn edges as well. I tried to include photos that highlight the defects in these copies.

Though certainly showing their age, these would be great reading copies or collectibles. With comics this age, I feel that visual appeal is the most important factor, and these aren't too bad in that regard.
