I think you can add your own minutes or you might be able to call the company for minutes. It does work because I took out all of my contacts in it yesterday and I charged it.

I cannot put minutes on the phone since I no longer deal with this company. The reason I am getting rid of it is because I cannot get a signal on it in my area so I switched providers. I did not list it saying minutes included. You have to log on to Assurance in your name since it has already had my name taken off. I believe you can change the phone number so before you definitly want it call assurance and see how that works. If you do not want it afterall I can disregard your bid.
