This is a great Tootsie Toy! Made of metal and plastic, identified on the bottom of the car to be made in 1970 by Tootsie Toys in the U.S.A.
Besides the usual wear and tare, this little fues truck still has its get up and go. The wheels are loose and moving, just a few spots of paint wearing off.
