Easy directions on how to make a tutu. This is so much cheaper than buying one already made. They are so easy to make. I will answer any questions you have. You can even make tutu dresses like the one I made that is pictured. You dont get anything in the mail. I will email you the directions.

Thank you so much. This one took some time to make. My daughter loves it though. This one is her birthday dress, for next saturday. I dont like the ones that bairly cover the top, so i used fabic with this one. No sewing in it either just a hot glue gun.
