These fans are from the late 1960s or early 1970s. They are stamped lightly Made in Japan. The fan itself is silk stretched over a wire frame with a silk screened print. The handles are black laquered wood with a sticker saying "Souvenir of Overton Park Zoo Memphis, TN". There is a hole in the Pagoda and tears in the flower leaves. Still interesting enough to make a wall decoration.
