thank you for pointing this out... luckily the listings are better than the Monsanto seeds you find cheaply at stores. we run an organic farm and only grow organic produce from organic non GMO seed, so yes, it DOES cost me more... and no, this particular organic variety from seeds of change is not 75 cents at Lowes/Home Depot... our main suppliers are Baker heirlooms, Annie's, Seeds of Change and the Territorial supply company... we refuse to carry genetically modified stock on our farm. and best of all, our auctions are to get the HEALTHY organic, NON GMO foods & flowers into gardens and push out the bad stuff... that is why they are so low & start out at only 25 credits and are FREE shipping. much better than paying ANY money in a store, plus it gets delivered to their doorstep...no driving, waiting in lines, cuts down on pollution, and saves time while providing a healthier alternative. just my contribution to this spinning ball of mud & those living here... every little bit helps... but thank you for your concern... I'm sure many of the people bidding on these seeds were attracted to the non GMO, Open Pollinated and organic label... if they wanted cheap Monsanto seed, they'd get the packs at most stores...
not at all, I won't even plant my seeds for a few weeks here in NY... plant once the soil has warmed and frost is no longer a danger, you don't want seedlings freezing...
yes, you can purchase these with $ for about $2 at any garden center, but they will be hybrids, and you are getting FREE shipping with my bids starting at only 25 credits O.o so it will arrive in your mailbox within a few days... no waiting in lines, you know it was purchased from a certified organic farm & the seed costs you NOTHING
