IMPORTANT: The game disc is *NOT* included (I don't have it).

Why would someone want the manual & artwork without the disc? If you have the game disc only, having the complete package including the manual & artwork makes the game more valuable when selling or trading. Many gamers want the complete package. Plus it looks nicer on your shelf!

Another possibility is for a display or to hang on the wall of your gaming room! Some students like to hang them in their school lockers or to use as binder covers...
