i dont think there are any 14's...they're mostly just Larges and Extra Larges.

They are very cute, and no they are not stretch...sorry i am not more descriptive but i did look at the sizes and the bottums are mostly sizes 12 and 16 and all the tops are Larges and Extra Larges. I had them in storage and forgot the sizes of the bottums so i looked. :)

There are like 4 pairs of shorts if i am correct. 2 skirts. And the rest is shirts and sweaters and such.
