This is a vintage unmarked metal tea strainer and bowl. It measures 6 1/4 x 1 3/4". The patina looks beautiful so any polishing will be left up to winner.

I'm not 100% what kind of metal this is. I'm pretty sure it's not pewter.

Most likely silverplate, I have one almost like this one. Probably English as they used them in their tea settings. Very pretty. Good luck. If I didn't already have one, mine is marked, I would bid on it.

Looks pretty clen...no corrosion...on it ...brass gets green and a lot of corroion on it!!!
